Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

Please do not request to cancel your order after you have completed the checkout process as we will not be able to honor your request. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is correct before submitting it. If you order duplicates of the same item, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.

Return Policy

Merchandise can ONLY be returned if DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. Damages may be returned for store credit ONLY. We MUST be notified of a damage within the 2 business days of receiving the item(s).

If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail at info@chloesbydesign.net within 2 DAYS of delivery with a completed authorization form. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AFTER 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM! 

We are not responsible for damages or defects that occur after they have been delivered.

Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping charges.

Shipping is non-refundable. Chloe’s by Design is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.

To be eligible for store credit you must do the following to get a return authorization: 

  • Email info@chloesbydesign.net with a photo of each page of your packing slip that was included in your order, your order number & reason for return, ALONG with the filled out authorization form!
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke, perfume & odor free and free of pet hair. Items must be in the original condition that they are received in (tags & boxes included if applicable)
  • Chloe’s by Design must receive items within 14 days of shipping date of purchase.

Once we receive & inspect your return, STORE CREDIT will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

***Wigs, jewelry, accessories or personal care items, Preorder or Presale items, items bought with a coupon code, rewards, store credit and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.***

We are happy to be able to offer you third party payment options at checkout. Make interest free, bi-weekly payments for your order. Buy Now, Pay Later and your order ships immediately. 

If you use Sezzle, Shop Pay, PayPal Pay in 4 or Affirm to pay for your order & you return those items, you will still be responsible for making those payments. We offer store credit for returns, however we are not authorized to make changes, cancel or modify any third party payments or account info. These are all separate companies that you made a payment agreement with. Please contact them directly with any questions.
